In our KRAVIT class, we train according to principles in combination with easy-to-learn techniques, which are also available under stress and emergency situations.

The good thing about KRAVolution Krav Maga for women is that neither the strength nor the size is important.
No woman is a victim and those men who think that women can’t defend themselves against men will be disabused by us!
Krav Maga techniques during the lessons in the “Women Only” group differ slightly form the mixed training. In some situations, women are exposed to other attacks than men – this includes not only sexual assaults, but also other threats and harassment.
And: Women react intuitively differently than men.
