Yes, women can fight, because, neither the strength nor the size is important.
No woman is a victim and those men who think that women can’t defend themselves against men will be disabused by us!
In our KRAVIT class founded by Megan Cohen Berkman, we train according to principles in combination with easy-to-learn techniques, which are also available under stress and emergency situations.
KRAViT is a Hebrew word for woman with the fighting spirit, a fighter, combatant.

BASICS & BEGINNERS CLASS
Designed for beginners and for students that like to improve their basics. This class consists of an introduction to Krav Maga, professional warm-up, Krav Maga principals and basic techniques followed by combat drills where students can apply techniques learned.
Krav Maga Basics Class are conduct every Tuesday and Thursday, and a 5 beginners class are mandatory before joining R1 to advanced level class. More info!

Our Krav Fit Class - Fighter Fitness & Conditioning class with focus on repetitive self-defense technique alternated with HiiT cardio & body-weight exercises.

You will be able to replicate those moves at home while traveling or on your holidays.

“Where are you going and when are you back?”
is probably that one question that has always annoyed teenagers the most.
But what most of them are not aware of is, that parents do not ask to control but because they are worried; in the end, all parents want their kids to be safe.
Young people become more and more victims of violent attacks in their everyday life and at schoolyard. Krav Maga for teens employs experienced instructors and adapts self-defense training.
We introduce them to effective techniques and help to develop a feeling for the right tactical behavior, self-assertion in case of emergency and the preservation of proportionality.
